We now ship our products from within the USA! 🇺🇸

All orders placed on our website to USA addresses will be shipped domestically for faster shipping times, reduced shipping costs and no customs fees! :)

Canadian customers can either order from this store or our UK Store

All orders placed before 2pm (Eastern Time) are usually dispatched the same working day, during busier periods orders may take longer. Any order placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

We offer Free Shipping to USA addresses for orders totaling $300 or more. 

Please note: We currently cannot offer Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada

Customs Fees may apply for orders to Canada and will be requested if applicable by the courier prior to delivery.

Please note: During busier periods there may be slight delays in processing shipments and we may be unable to guarantee same day dispatch. 

Once a purchase is made you will receive an email with detailed information about how to track the progress of your order from packing through to dispatch. Including when we have picked your products, packed them in the box and passed them to the courier!

Estimated Delivery Times

USA Locations - (Priority Shipping 1-3 working Days) (Free Shipping up to 5 working days depending on location)

Canada Locations - (Courier Shipping 3-7 working Days)

Delivery Times are estimates and sometimes can be longer if couriers are experiencing delays

• Once a purchase is made, you will receive an email with detailed information regarding the status of your order from packing through to dispatch and a link to track your order

• A link to download your order invoice is available from your shipping confirmation email. 

• Please ensure all addresses are entered carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit due to addresses entered incorrectly. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change this for you, although this is not always possible as we do began to pack and dispatch items very quickly once they are placed.

• For orders to Canada. Please note if orders are returned to us due to non payment of customs we are unable to refund any shipping costs and charge a 10% restocking fee for your items. We may also be charged the customs fee to receive your order back to us and this amount will be deducted from your refund. Information regarding customs can be found above. Thank you
